I cannot emphasise enough how helpful Mark has been through this entire process. As new buyers, we were completely clueless about the process of obtaining a mortgage, and Mark spent many many hours talking us through each and every stage. We felt fully informed at every step in our journey.

Furthermore, Mark must have spent hours traveling through different insurances to find us the best deal, when we both had very unique and complex issues! When something didn’t come to fruition due to a fault of one of the insurers, he really fought our corner and we recieved a compensation gift- just one of many examples of him and the team going above and beyond.
