I had a great experience with HGV Driver Training Centre from start to finish.

The training itself was well organised, and the instructors especially Keith were knowledgeable, patient, and very supportive. They explained everything clearly and helped build my confidence behind the wheel, especially when it came to manoeuvres and real test situations.

What really stood out for me was the excellent customer service, especially from Tia. She was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process—always quick to respond, polite, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was booking, answering questions, or giving updates, Tia made the experience stress-free and well managed.

Thanks to the combined support of the instructors and Tia’s outstanding customer service, I felt fully prepared and confident going into my test.

Excellent service

Very good & quick process was thinking it was going to take longer it went very smoothly in my time frame , I made a good choice with the school I went with & the driving school that they choice for me , when ever I ask for a call back got it straightaway stress free well done !

Good experience

David Craig driving were amazing in Sheffield and was booked onto theories quickly . The apps were really useful and good practise. I was however told of I was going to be at a driving closer when signing up a lot closer than Sheffield (about 30 minutes on a motorway closer).Although I was first told of Manchester (110 miles away) and that’s if it’s too far to travel daily could I stay with someone at first so eventually got closer.

HGV really is amazing course I so blessed to been with them.

Till date guidelines was awesome

Passed my category C in first attempt after taking lessons provided and communication through out the course was fantastic.

Quick and responsive service, very lenient with timings and adhere to the whenever you are available. Friendly staff who make doing your licence very easy.
