As a small business ( as was HGV direct when we began to use you ) we face struggles of cash flow from time to time , I was almost forced to close the company and reached out to those in charge at our depot ( castle Donington ) who assured me they understood our temporary predicament . Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about the challenges you faced while running your business. Cash flow issues can be incredibly stressful, especially for small businesses, and we understand the sacrifices you made to meet your obligations. As a company, Credit accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and if spend isn't enough to warrant them then these facilities are withdrawn but we always offer trade, where goods can still be purchased but on a payment on order basis. This method is open to yourself and when your spend returns back to a more regular basis then they can look at reopening the account for you.
