My request was reviewed and responded to well.
I use Hexonet longer as 16 years and…
I use Hexonet longer as 16 years and THIS WAS a fairly and stable company with 5 stars and plus plus plus.
But now 1 star is to much:
Then they transfer to central nic and the problems began. The support not answer mails or they not read the mails correctly. Later they said in 2 weeks they will change their system to an other and set their resellers in panic mode - in the best time of end of the year, where they make normal the money.
And then: they have nothing prepare. All their steps they have not tested before! They had not plan that resellers have resellers and customers they use subsystems. Many had ten thousend domains and from 1 to other minute, the resellers stand for a big hole without a concept and correct documentation!
All something is now a big construction place! No reseller can work fine, as before!
They had 5 times change their own fix date for the migration. Every time short before, they change their date! In my eyes central nic is a catastrophic company! They have not a good strategy and not a good plan!
I am very sorry about, my love was hexonet! Thanks all the workers and chiefs before in hexonet!

When you don't know what to do
The support person realized I was not a web developer and took me through the process step by step.

I have been a customer for about 15 years too (as written in one of the reviews). But since 2022 the service has degraded.
The worst technical support. Ignoring emails. They do not answer emails or answer more than a week later and not on the questions asked. Completely inadequate. I am not from the US or EU, maybe that is why they allow themselves to do this.
For over a year I couldn't use my account normally. In 2024 I was able to log into my account only twice in March and September, the rest of the time access was blocked.
Since October 2024, they have completely blocked my account (with the money that I transferred to the account balance) without explaining the reasons. When I ask, they ignore my questions as if there are no questions!
After I sent a complaint to ICANN, they removed the lock status from my domains. But I can't make a tranfer to another Registrar. There's some kind of problem here. I need to change DNS, but again it is impossible - they ignore my requests!
Note, that they exist under different brands (centralnic, teaminternet, etc). Avoid them, do not transfer large amounts of money to your account balance if you are already using their services. If you are not from the US or EU, there is a high risk that you will lose money and domains.
If you are a customer of hexonet or their new centralnic brand, I strongly recommend that you immediately spend money on the balance of your account and transfer your domains to another registrar!

The fact that our problem was finally resolve was satisfying enough, even though, I wished they could have only be a little fast about it but overall, I couldn't be more grateful for their detailed attention and undeniable support system.

Scam - nothing to do with your domain transfer
Scam, monitor for domain transfers and pretend they are something to do with the transfer and email the contact, they are nothing to do with it. Email has 3 different domains.
More than 10 years of business
I've been using Hexonet for more than 10 years now. They never disappointed in any way. In 10 years I had one support ticket, and even that was actually my fault but the support was able to provide the information that I needed to find my issue.

I has an issue with login because of 2FA. I contacted the hexonet-support at 9:30 and after a couple of mails the issue has been solved at 11:00 Maybe it would have been solved even quicker if i would have responded quicker to the mails :)

I have been with Hexonet for many many many years now, their platform has been very good, great API support and integration with automation software , fair bulk pricing and a nice white/grey label feature.
I had an issue that a bunch of clients were not accepting their domain confirmation emails, and they helped me fix them all up and taught me how to bulk change, client sites were down, freaking out, and their support was there the moment I reached out.
