Disgraceful establishment should be investigated for embezzling from customers 😒

Charge me for toll charges that I never incurred 3 weeks after I returned the rental car and customer service for tolls is non existent... after you converse with an annoying AI system and are placed on hold... you'll never speak with a real human... they don't want to admit their fault and someone is embezzling money through this business. I hope someone gets the person responsible for this injustice and i would never recommend this company for anything... if you use a card for the security deposit... even after they return the deposit... change your card because they will charge you for it 3 weeks after the fact... this is the most scam, scum of a business I've experienced in all my life... read the other reviews, I'm not alone in my experiences with this disgraceful establishment.
