Hertz - West Harrison - Westchester County Airport (HPN) Recensioni 

Arrived at HPN on time and had to get in line & wait at least 1/2 hour for reserved car, & we have Pres circle gold membership. Specifically used Hertz for loyalty connection which did nothing for us

The counter staff at HPN was fabulous after our plane cancellation and arriving a day late!

I was able to rent a car exactly like the one that I own. You are immediately familiar with all things.

No Cars when arrived Once I got car key couldnt lock car. Customer service engaged and credited account which was very positive experience.

The low rating is for 2 issues, first was with additional charges. I prepaid my rental and did not select any additional services such as paying for gas, tolls or any other options. I returned the car as I have always done in the past but was charged an extra $77. This was not communicated to me at time of check out for anything else which would or could be added. When renting or buying any surprises where the buyer is unaware would be good to be called out.
Secondly was with the vehicle. When selecting a car I opted with a hybrid which was said to be a Camry or similar. I received a Hyundai Elantra. Other than both being a hybrid, they are not similar. One would be considered a compact sedan while the other a midsize. While I understand both vehicles are in the same class, there was a specific reason Hertz choose to note the Camry as the hybrid face and not the Elantra. This goes back to having a surprise for the renter.

Quick and easy service

I accidentally left a coat my wife bought along in the back seat of the rented vehicle. we were on the plane when she remembered the coat was left. When we got home, I immediately reported the coat was left, through the channels provided by Hertz. After 5 days, I got an email saying the coat was not found. We all know that some Hertz employee took it.

It was very easy and convenient. I will be a repeat customer.

Didn't acknowledge being a Gold Member. Car wasn't ready and needed to be cleaned

Staff is always very efficient and friendly. Especially the woman when I return my vehicle. She’s waited on me many times in the past and always goes above and beyond.

When I arrive to pick up a rental I am greeted with good manner and disposition.
Rarely do I have any issues with a reservation.
Perhaps it is because I come often to rent a car, yet I watch as they deal with others that may not have a reservation and need help. And they are handled with positive decorum and rules.

This last trip was very easy. My car was ready and when I dropped it off, I got a ride back to the terminal. Everything was great I just wish they upgraded their cars for handicapped. You can’t adjust the height of the seat.

I left an important book in the car by accident. I want to thank Jacob Castaneda for returning it to me!!!

Showed up late night in White Plains, sort of expecting that the car I rented would not be available because NO cars were available at any other company.
Hertz completely delivered the car I reserved. I was so happy, I was expecting a problem, but Hertz came through.

Our flight arrived at the scheduled time but we then had to wait 90 minutes for our reserved car. And even then the car received was in a different size class. No apology, just shrugging shoulders.

Saif at the Hertz counter at HPN took care of me. I had to switch things around and he helped me do it the most cost effective way.
