Didn’t have an electric car or hybrid which I ordered on the app. Then I had to pay $120 extra to use a SUV. While inquiring to see if there were at least any hybrids available I was told we don’t have any. Then I overheard an employee speaking with a lady next to me offering her hybrid options.

The Hertz representative was courteous…
The Hertz representative was courteous and professional. My plans changed and I was requesting my rental one day earlier. He accommodated as best as he could despite the limited availability of standard SUVs on the lot at the time. The SUV I was provided would not have been my first choice, however it worked out in the end. He made my experience painless.
