We had an appointment at 9am
We had an appointment at 9am. We had two other customers that came in after we arrived that were served first. In this day and age, I'm hoping it wasn't reverse discrimination though it's hard not to feel that way when we were the older white couple and the other two customers that can in after us were black. I'm hoping they had appointments before ours and ran late, again our appointment was at 9am and we didn't get served until after 10am, after the other two customers were served.
The female agent seemed confused on how to process credit card payments and the male manager had to step in both times to finish the customers transactions including ours.
When we returned the vehicle, we were asked to wait, we waited 30 minutes, the female agent inspected the vehicle, returned to the office and in a rude and dismissive tone asked what we were waiting on? You asked us to wait.
I am a customer service supervisor for a medical call center and this office could use some retraining in the do's and don'ts for customer service.

I had a reservation for 10am
I had a reservation for 10am. When I got there, no vehicles were available. When the manager found a vehicle I told him to give me the vehicle as is(no cleaning) because I needed to be in Florida for a conference. As I traveled to Florida, the tire pressure deflated from 34 to 24 (could’ve caused a blowout). Ran around for 3 hours trying to find a hertz to exchange the vehicle and missed a half a day of my conference. Very unacceptable.
