Car was great; staff was friendly, helpful, capable, competent, and efficient.

The experience is always great and has been for 40 years! I got hit with a $75 per day insurance charge that I had no idea was coming my way. My $800 weekly rental went to 1250, which was unexpected! The car and the service were both impeccable!!

Had the low tire pressure lot come on and off for half of the rental period. Talked to customer service there wasn’t a person at the other end but AI. Followed it’s advice but still disconcerting to have the light come on and off.

Flight was delayed several hours, so decided to get a bite to eat while we had to wait. Extended our rental time for just a few dollars.

Everything was smooth and efficient. Staff is helpful and our car was upgraded and worked perfectly.

Quick, easy, professional

The company was actually great. However, the car we had was a Kia Nero. That car was one level below the highest level of the Kira Nero. It has a peculiar dash board. It was impossible to find the option to turn the radio off or down. Hertz does not help with how to operate the car's electronics. It is well known that Kia hides those controls. I would have appreciated Hertz telling us what to do. The Kia manuals are worthless for this particular problem.

Excellent car. Easy return.

Excellent! This was probably the easiest rental I've ever had. It's a small airport, so there was a line at the counter, but once I was there she had me out the door with the keys in less than 5 minutes.

Nice and clean vehicle. Great customer service. However, vehicle kept displaying a confusing message of "check rear seat" which was misleading.

It was easy to get vehicle and just dropped keys in box on return due to place not open. Only downfall was the Syrius radio went out on the car so no music. Evidently the subscription ended while we were renting.

The attendant was rude, we were waiting for over 20 mins to get helped. Car was not clean and there was not any wiper fluid. The only reason why I did rate a 1 is because I actually got a car. Talked to the people at the other rentals and apparently this is standard practice of someone not being at the desk. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and hertz was the best. Not anymore and I find myself renting from other companies.
