Hello. I was supposed to pick up my rental from this location at 12:30 if I’m not mistaken. There was one associate working and one customer in front of me. It took me over an hour to get the rental. This time delay made me miss checking into my school that Friday. That was the main reason for my trip to San Diego. I was told I’d have to”credits” added to my account but I haven’t seen anything. Terrible Job. (Sorry the agent had to go through those working conditions)

I reserved my car online ahead of time…
I reserved my car online ahead of time to make it to work on time. I was the only customer on site for pick up, yet the customer service was mediocre and I had to re-answer all the questions in person of what was completed online. I had to ask thorough questions like what I was signing and where to wait outside for my rental which took a while because they had to clean the car. Typically I am asked to look at the car before signing to observe current damages to the vehicle, but this time I was asked to just sign. I took photos on my own in case I would liable of the existing damages. I was late for work given enough time for the process.

Perfect
I Rent cars from Hertz because of great customer service. With Hertz, I always drive a new car or nearly new. They always take care of any issues, if something comes up. The gas tank is always full. I appreciate that. With Hertz, I get a great car at a fair rate. I am always treated and greeted as a good customer. I like renting my cars from Hertz.
