I have a commercial account with this location and I rent cars monthly. They have always been extremely kind and respectful. They go out of their ways to accommodate my needs and they treat me like family or a close friend. I drive a lot for work and travel a lot so it was crucial for me to find a car rental company that I could work with on a long-term basis. Very thankful to have my five star presidential membership with this location. I look forward to doing business with this location far into the future

The car we were directed to rent was fantastic. 55 mpg. Wow. It made our trip sooo affordable. Gas savings pa D for rental. Thanks !!!!

David provided service above and beyond. I appreciate the details he provided based on other people's experience renting the car we rented. Also, when we turned it in, the attendant was very efficient, polite, and professional. We will definitely recommend this Hertz to our friends and neighbors.

Typically, it's a good experience; however, after checking my visa after drop-off, I have been charged for a full tank of fuel. The vehicle was driven a total of 41 miles from Port Richey to Tampa Airport and filled up until the pump stopped at the closest gas station to the airport (a little over 2 gallons); upon returning, the miles to empty were actually higher than when collected. The oil warning light and alarm would go off every 5 minutes (not fun when driving to the airport at 5 a.m.), and the key fob battery warning was on, so the fob would only start the car if it was located really close to the center of the dashboard, luckily, it was only for a run to the airport; any longer and these issues would have been more of an annoyance. I have spent 11 minutes talking to A.I trying to get this issue rectified and have been waiting for the last 47 minutes to be transferred to a live agent, at which point I expect I will have to explain this situation all over again. Overall, not exactly the simple, hassle-free rental I was expecting from this company.

BE VERY CAREFUL!!!Returned car at correct drop-off time/date/location then a day later received a text saying the rental is still active and I should extend the rental agreement so i don't face additional charges, for a car I no longer have. The 800 number verified that the car rental shows as active under my name still. This is a serious problem. Once the car is dropped off and in their possession, it shouldn't be associated with me any longer. Seems shady.
