The customer service and easy access to the rental spot was good. The cars however, suck. I’ve used Hertz twice this month and both airports had the worst car selection.

liked picking a car from the gold section. car mechanically good. windows were very dirty.

convenience of picking car was good. only one car there to choose from, so what kind of choice was that. Kia controls were difficult to use. Didn't like car much. took a day to figure out how to turn the heat off.

Fast and easy. Several vehicles to choose from, which was nice because the first one smelled like cigarettes.

I would have given five stars but the type vehicle I reserved was not there waiting for me even as a gold plus member. I had to go back to the counter and tell the attendant that I was not going to take anything less than what I reserved and was quoted for.

Other than that, the return was easy and stress-free. I give high marks to the Pittsburgh international airport for that.

Everything went well except for the required fuel purchase when booking on line. It automatically requires you to pay for a full tank of fuel when booking on line as a Gold member. The only way to decline is to speak to the counter personnel and have it changed. Completely eliminates the the whole purpose of being a gold member and expedited car pickup.

Everything worked fine w my Gold service this trip!

I arrived at the airport and went to presidents club. I was advised to ho pick my vehicle and just drive off

Returning was the same. Pull into the return bay and leave keys in the vehicle. This process is so efficient for traveling especially of running late. Excellent job Hertz!!

Hertz has been my go-to for decades. I've been a Presidential Circle member for years. I use them for business and recreation. Recently, I was very disappointed that I booked a Mercedes and was instead given a Genesis. It's not a bad car by any means, but not what I'd ordered or expected. Also, I included my flight info on my arrival BUT when I got there, the board did NOT have my name on it. When I inquired in the gold member lounge, I was met with an exacerbated "sigh" from the employee saying "I just cancelled your reservation"!? Yes, when booked I'd picked an earlier pickup BUT I also included my flight info so any decent representative just had to check the included flight info to know I was arriving later instead of cancelling my reservation. Hence 2 stars off for attitude and poor judgement. The car itself was fine; nothing wrong with it; but pricing felt way over the top for what I'd expect at this tier of quality and time. It makes me start to consider other services given Hertz is no longer the gold standard it used to be. Sad.
