My name was not on the board so I had to go to the office which took a lot more time. It was never explained why I wasn’t on the board even though the email confirmation of my reservation and prepaid.

Car was dirty inside and out. Tire pressure was low. Aired it up by myself then it went flat again. Had to find alternate transportation for plans for the day due to the unreliability of the car. Took the car back to the airport to swap it out then the replacement car was what you would expect. Minimal credit was given for the poor quality, inconvenience AND loss of use.

Easy process and fast service. Decent car selection.

Customer service was great!

Was able to pick any car from the President’s Circle so it made the ‘pick up your car’ routine seamless.

Friendly and helpful staff.

I rented a Kia Carnival van. The van headlights are dangerous. I was driving in Sedona, a dark skies city, with no streetlights in residential neighborhoods. The headlights provided almost no illumination of the roadside, worse on the driver's side. Nighttime left hand turns were extremely difficult to navigate with edges of roads without shoulders barely visible. If pedestrians had been present, I could not have seen them. Searching online, the headlights are a known defect of the Kia. Additionally, the Kia handles poorly, especially in a cross wind. I will not accept a Kia if offered again.

Excellent from beginning to end the price was the price paid for it when I got there car was already ready. Didn’t even have to go through the ticket. The car return was seamless.

I have been a hertz member for 30 years. Probably the worst car and over priced experience.

Easy pickup, great communication, easy drop off, clear directions, good price, clean and beautiful car - this was a great experience.

Everything was great about the trip except the car did NOT have a full tank of gas when I picked up the car. The car was lacking 3-4 gallons of gas for a full tank. I would like to reimbursed for the extra amount of fuel I had to purchase

Very easy arrival and obtaining the vehicle. Good price on a 3/4 ton full size pickup truck (cheaper than a compact car). Very easy return.
