The cost to rent at this ideal location is not worth the quality of service and options available to hertz members. The wait time to receive obtain a vehicle when all rental steps were completed online is unacceptable.

Outstanding support from staff at Hertz office at 30th St station!!!

The staff member was pleasant and knowledeable. They were easy to speak with to ensure I had everything situated for my rental. The car requested was not available so they worked with me to find an alternative that worked. I dropped a few stars because the location appeared to be understaffed and it was a bit of wait to be serviced. The associate was managing multiple things at a time.

I had to wait well over an hour for a vehicle (as did at least 10 other people)and then only got one after telling them I would take anything including a pick up truck. Everyone waiting had reservations so they knew cars would be needed (?) This added eat causefme to be late for an important meeting.

The site charged me for a full day on Sunday as part of the initial rental. When my train time home was changed for Sunday, I attempted to extend the rental to later that day online, so I was charged a fee to do that. I was unable to extend the time past noon that day online. I tried to call the office over 10 times to figure out the issue and no one answered. Then I went to the location and was told after a 30 minute wait in line that I would be charged for an additional day if I returned the car after noon ( 6 pm in this case) because they would process the return the next morning. So, effectively, if you pay for a "full day rental" on a Sunday, that means only between 9 am and noon. I don't think that I should have had to pay the fee to extend the rental from 9 am to noon, nor should I have had to pay an additional full day to return the rental at 6 pm the same day. That felt very deceptive and cost me a lot more than I had budgeted for. Additionally, having to go in person to the location rather than be able to resolve it on line or over the phone cost me a lot of time.

I reserved an all wheel drive vehicle but did not get one. Also the fuel level at pickup was only 50 percent. The level was even noted on the key chain. I returned it a little over 50 percent but was still charged for not bringing it back full. More hassle now to send an email showing the levels at pickup and drop off. I always take photos for this very reason.

Available vehicles, in and out service. Hertz killed it!

Relatively easy process and the garage is quick to get in and out of when you're familiar with it.

Staff sometimes give conflicting advice on Hertz policies. Seems like a training issue.

What is the benefit of the Hertz Gold program? Supposedly the Gold affiliation expedites the process and cars are ready when you arrive to pick up your car. This is my now 2nd rental w Hertz this year where I have waited over 90 minutes from the time I arrived to pick up the car to the time the keys were finally handed over.

Picking up the car was not a good experience. I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 9:00 am and it took them an hour to have the car ready. The explanation was that they had only one worker to wash the cars. This was very frustrating, to say the least.
Returning the car was very smooth.

Personable, efficient, reliable service and vehicles.

I do not like the after-return charge for tolls. Tolls totaled $12 but was charged $57+ for usage of a pass installed on vehicle which I did not request. Seems excessive. I'll go back to Enterprise.

Office staff were responsive.

You have amazing personnel at this location, with a special shout out to Alex, Soo, and Alisha. My only issue was that the car was marked as 9/10's full instead of the 3/4's tank I had. I took a photo (with the mileage) so that I could show it upon my return, after returning it full, and was disappointed I could not get an adjustment given the policy requires one to bring the contract immediately (which I did not do given I was under a time constraint).

Easy location to rent from and the staff are very helpful. I've rented from here 4 times so far and each time has been very easy.

The car rental and pickup was great. The only challenge was finding the drop off point at the site. Every time I tried to call Hertz, after listening to the endless recording and prompts, the call always dropped. Once I ran into the station and asked a hertz team member, they gave me great directions. You need the hertz phone lines to provide quick access to a real person quickly.
