The layout and signage at the Milwaukee airport is not intuitive and is confusing.

Easy no-stop pickup and dropoff.

Friendly and helpful staff when needed.

Every step of getting the car through getting the bill after returning it worked well.

Business travel can be challenging with last minute changes and reservations. Mistakes happen but how a you recover and make things right is just as important. Hertz always hits a home run, and in the event it's only a ground roll double they make sure to rectify the issue. Will continue to use for all my business travel needs!!

Person that works the late shift helped me out even though the place shuts down at 10pm but flights are still landing after 10pm

My flight was delayed on arrival due to weather and I appreciated that it did not affect my rental which was still waiting for me allowing me to get to my event on time. Hertz gives the customer a great deal of flexibility to manage today's changing flight schedules.

Had my car ready. Checkout and back in were fast.

Amazing experience there are many options for renting a car and great vehicle options. No wait times if you sign up for Hertz rewards program. Through the app, I can book the car check in when I land, go to the designated pickup area pick out a car and drive to check out. Simple fast and easy. Hertz even knew my flight was delayed and held a car for me. The MKE Hertz location has always provided my with amazing and friendly service. Jessie P has always provided exceptional service with a great smile.

Car Mirrors dirty. Looks like soda spill in the cup holders and console. Was vacuumed, not very well. Expect more from Hertz.

When I arrived at MKE on Tuesday, September 8 in the late afternoon as scheduled, no cars were available in the President's Circle. I had booked a full-size sedan, but after waiting for about 30 minutes behind two others in a similar situation, I accepted the third ca made available, a Nissan Kicks SUV, in order to meet family members for dinner as planned. I really did not like the car. I was staying with friends in Wales, WI. I called Hertz to arrange a vehicle swap, and was directed to the Hertz facility in Brookfield, WI at a Ford dealership. The only car made available there was a Toyota Corolla, certainly not a full size sedan. I drove that car to St. Charles, IL to see my son. Then, because I was driving with my daughter to South Bend, IN on Friday, I decided that the Corolla was unacceptable for the trip. Once again I called Hertz, and I was directed to ORD for an exchange. Here, I was rewarded for my diligence with a Nissan Altima, the full size sedan I had booked. A manager was called upon to approve the swap, and she could not have been nicer. She did advise me that anytime I accept a car not to my liking, I'm really stuck with that car unless it has a mechanical issue. Nevertheless, I was able to get a brand new Altima, which I used for the rest of my trip. As a retired Hertz officer, I certainly appreciated finally getting the car I wanted.

As a Hertz gold member (costs nothing), I use the ap. I booked my car. Walked up to the Gold cars, picked out the car of my choice and boooom. Happened to be a brand new Volkswagen on my last trip. It's that easy. Drop off the same. Drive right up, hand the keys, walk away. Never any funny stuff. It's super easy.

great agents.....not a lot of selections for me when I arrived ..other than that good experience!

Walked directly to our car and drove away. At the end, pulled up and walked to the terminal. Simple.

The young gentleman at the Hertz counter was fantastic. It was so stressful that day and he stayed calm and professional for the few hours (yes, hours Hertz!!) until a vehicle was ready. There were a lot of us waiting, and he stayed positive and personal throughout. I was I remembered his name…I do remember he knew who Patsy Cline was and is a fan ; )
