Easy quick pickup and drop off at the airport. Great vehicles available at my price ranges.

Had a bit of a hassle getting to know the car and trouble with the CarPlay. Almost missed my flight reservation trying to get the Google Maps to work.

Except for the torn wiper blade this was a great car.

It was very hard to get to talk to somebody to help me set up the rental. It took all day to get the rental. The Man behind the counter had no clue what was going on, in my opinion. I'm not sure I'll be using Hertz again.

Stephanie Reitz at this location is an absolute gem. She has helped me countless times with reservations, returns, and billing. I know I can always count on her and the team at this location for excellent service. 10/10 would rent again and again and again.

due to a reroute of my trip, I was not scheduled to arrive at Harrisburg Airport until after the Hertz rental desk was closed (midnight)When I deplaned, I skipped my luggage and ran straight down to the Hertz counter. There was Devon, with my keys, waiting for me to arrive. This kept my trip from becoming a logistical disaster and I won't forget it.

Great vehicle is a great price. I have the Subaru outback and it was a great car. The service was quick and friendly at the desk where I picked up and I dropped off after hours with no issues.

It was easy to make a reservation, pick up and return the car. Everything went well from end to end.

Great vehicle! Nice and clean, the staff got me out on the road quickly and efficiently.

Pickup and dropoff were great -- no issues. However, the week after my rental, I got a bill for almost $90 for 3 days of unlimited toll road use. Seems that PlatePass erroneously registered tolls hundreds of miles from where I was against the license plate number of my rental car. I had to PROVE that I was nowhere near where the tolls were recorded before they removed the charges. If the automated tolling technology is not 100% accurate, then don't auto-bill your customers based on that data!
