Hertz - Miami - Miami International Airport (MIA) Recensioni 

My experience was great. Only at arrival didn’t see the board for skip the line since I was instructed after sending all my credentials prior.
There was a line that I wanted to avoid so I asked one of the agents that informed me I would need a number if not had to do the line.
I looked for the number I was getting the same info of skipping the line. When I told her she finally told me to go downstairs to pick up the car. Besides that little incident the rest was just perfect.

Received Txt/Email regarding “incident” - 1 day rental, picked up, parked in secure location, drove, dropped off 2nd day. Rental was NEVER involved in “incident” !

The staff was very friendly given the fact that I arrived very late in the evening actually overnight hours they were quickly able to provide me the details for my car and get me on my way.

Everything I like it, keep it up.

Very smooth service

Car great, the radio had issues to connect with the phone, sometimes connected, other not. One of the passenger buttons was broken. Service at the check in, rude, I am from latin america, and know very well the people from the latin caribbean (islands), they are rude, but can be trained to treat well the customers. Car check out, great, the two people that received the car, great service. Rental price, fair.

Easy, quick and efficient !!! As a gold member I love having rhe option to choose but especially love the fact that I can bypass the lengthy airport lines. Just as easy to pick up and drop off.

After such a long delay and travel day, the agent at the airport very kind and helpful and quick.

As a long term Hertz customer, the reservation and pick up processes are typically easy & smooth. The car I selected this go-around had issues- it would not react to the gas pedal after stopping at a longer than usual red light. This happened twice and I exchanged the car for another. This took up a couple of hours only to end up with another car that would not go past 50mph. Also, the dashboard indicated it needed an oil change. The car felt sluggish and unreliable.
I picked up from Miami airport which is a busy location. I feel Hertz could do a better job at vetting the cars

I liked being able to skip the lines & go pick out my vehicle. The return was also easy. Keep having low rates. That's a major reason from whom I choose to rent from. I haven't gotten the charge for my sun pass tolls so we'll see about that.

I’ve rented from Hertz several times per year for many years and have always had clean dependable vehicles. I was delayed leaving Miami on Labor Day due to the airplane crash over the weekend and was able to extend my car rental hassle free on the app.

However, one small thing, my profile has not been updated to the Hertz web, so I still had to go the counter to get my car and make the final payment.

Availability, choice of cars and cleanines

Checkout and checkin were very easy and the car performed perfectly.

Pres Circle is nice but did not give direct access to car after inbound Flt was delayed for rental car pickup.

Renting was easy as was return. Only issue was there is no toll free way to get from MIA to Ft Lauderdale so still not sure what the toll charges will be! At $20 a day it is too much since we only used it one day out of 4 and if you Charge for each toll a fee greater than $10, it too is way too much! Someone should have told us about this issue!
