Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I got into an accident over the weekend. They were able to help me over the phone, keep me calm, help me get the insurance accident report from the officer. They got me through the whole accident. I was able to be returned back to the airport and given a new vehicle with no weight. They’re the best.

Location, staff and experience pretty good
I got the type, brand and size of car I wanted. It was fueled and ready to go. It was clean smelling. It drove well (mechanically like new). The staff greated me by name. They quickly processed the reservation and I was on my way. The location is good and easy to find. It is close by the main road. The parking lot is good. Its a bigger office with plenty of chairs to sit and wait. They have wifi for the guest to help with their reservations. You can ask for special services to the staff.

I’ve had a great experience every time I rent from this Hertz location. The two employees who usually assist me are always so pleasant, friendly, and professional. They consistently take great care of me and always make sure I get a nice, clean vehicle.
The entire rental process is always quick and easy—I’m usually in and out without any hassle. Their customer service and positive attitudes really stand out, and everything has always gone smoothly. I haven’t had any issues since I started renting from this location, and I truly appreciate how well they take care of me every time. I’ll definitely continue renting from them!
