Everyone at the Los Gatos location had excellent customer service and very friendly. I was notified my vehicle was ready early and it was very clean.

The people who work at Hertz- Los Gatos are the best! Luke is a great in making sure all your needs are taken cared of. He will go all in to make sure any issues or needs will be addressed. Robert the manager heads a great team. I have always great experiences renting here.
