Rip-off
I rented 5 pm to 5 pm. And I brought the car back 4:55, and I saw that the place was mobbed. The worker nicely told me to leave the keys and he will take care of everything else. And then I got the bill, and saw the car returned officially at 5:30 and me having to pay an extra $40!?!
Sorry, but pls don’t take time to put info in on my account. Honestly disappointing treatment by the company

Amazing experience
Read all the bad reviews, was quite frankly scared shitless to pick up a car from here. But it would appear that all of hertz’s locations in Los Angeles have really bad reviews. Scheduled to pick up a car online and arrived today at 9:40 am. There was many customers ahead of me but everyone I saw left as a happy satisfied customer. Albeit the staff was a little slow in the operation but within the hour, I had the keys to my car and I was on the road. Thank you Hertz!
