The car was great
The car was great. However, I had a scare when the confirmation indicated that there might not be a car available. When I called the location to ensure there was a car for me before I got a Lyft to retrieve it, I was told I might have to take a pick-up truck or mini-van. I was planning a trip in the Colorado mountains alone, so neither of those cars would have worked well. In the end, I got a Nissan Sentra and it was great.

I needed to extend my rental but…
I needed to extend my rental but vehicle had been sold and was looking to have to return it, but rental site had no vehicles. Hertz employee at the rental site ended up talking to her manager who then spoke to theirs. They figured out a way for me to keep the car a long enough while my vehicle repairs were completed.
