I picked up the car was dirty on the outside and about 90% cleaned on the inside, french fries and kid like crumbs under the seat. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

The staff at this location is amazing. I have rented quite a few vehicles from them and could not be happer.

I reserved a vehicle online. I gave my payment info. I think the original price was around $85. I got to the location with my confirmation number. I presented by out of state license and suddenly I needed a credit card. I have a debit card. I’ve been using it to travel my entire life. I have never needed a credit card to include my overseas travel. But suddenly for an out of state customer I needed one. My online booking didn’t matter. I had to jump through a few hoops to get my wife’s credit card to my Apple Pay. At the end of the day I did get a different vehicle than the one originally requested and paid for. I ended up with a small SUV. It had a dinged up front rim and was out of alignment. At least they took a picture of it and didn’t blame me. The message center on the dash kept going off every few minutes telling me to check the owners manual. I returned the vehicle to the drop off location. That was easy. I ended up paying 3 times what my original quote was. I saw the reviews of this location on yelp and knew I was going to have an issue. I had no choice and I feel they knew that. I am traveling to Alaska in a few months. I have bought everything I need… Airline, AirBnB, car rental…. Everything with my Visa Debit card. This experience was so bad I will never use Hertz again

The staff is always very helpful and great to work with the truck I rented works great

Excellent customer service both at pick up and drop off. Very friendly and welcoming.

There was only 1 person working and wait time was longer than expected and when we returned the truck we had to call the number on the counter for staff to come inside to help us

Fire the tow truck driver who towed my rental car from a parking lot in downtown Denver all the way to the Denver International Airport for no good reason.

The employee was great, but it was like he was doing everything. Worked the desk, answering the phones, getting the reservation ready and cleaning the cars for turn overs. Felt bad for him. When I was picking up my car, 3 or 4 others left to go other places.
