Got scammed on the damage cameras. I have been a hertz customer for 30 years and I will never rent from Hertz again.

Easy car pick up with Hertz Gold. Quick drop off too.

It is nice to not have to wait in line. However there are too many EVs and it isn’t always obvious that a vehicle is an EV. I’m not opposed to EVs in general but while traveling to unfamiliar areas it is unhelpful and annoying.

Easy in and out. Quality customer service.

All went well, but cars from this location are sometimes not as clean as they should be, especially interiors.

Easy pick up and drop off process. Car selection in the President's Circle could have been better. Access from Terminal is good at IND, just a short walk.

I was given the wrong car and i noticed that the car that was assigned to me was parked in the lot. I was advised by Summer the clerk that because i booked through Southwest Airlines there was nothing Summer could do to help me.

Staff is very nice. Being asked 12 times if I want to prepay gas and pay outrageous prices for insurance is annoying, but I am sure the corporate manual says to be sure and ask in case the app failed to ask 12 times. I also wish the cars were newer, as the one I rented had a faint odor of cigarettes after 23K(?) miles. Car worked well however, and the process to pick up and return was very easy and quick.

Overall, this was a pretty disappointing rental experience. The windshield wipers were so bad that I actually had to replace them myself just to be able to safely drive in the rain. That's a pretty basic maintenance item and something that absolutely should have been caught before the car was rented out.

The return process wasn't much better. I had to walk all the way back to the rental counter just to get a printed receipt, which was frustrating enough on its own. But I'm glad I did, because that's when I discovered they were trying to charge me for an entire tank of gas even though I returned the car with a full tank!

Between the poor vehicle maintenance, the hassle of getting a receipt, and the attempted fuel charge, this was definitely not the experience I expected from Hertz.

Presidents Circle lot car I selected had over 37,000 miles on it. I don't think that type of car mileage should be parked in the PC lot....

We received excellent service from this location the car was ready upon arrival and a staff member even helped us take our bags to the car!
