The vehicle was filthy!! Almost charged for cleaning, but I spoke up! The manager said we don’t let vehicles go out dirty, I said, well you did! Manager also said the gps was disconnected! I stated we didn’t even know where the gps was!! Was offered gps on pickup for a fee and we opted out!! We will never rent from hertz again!!!!!
