I wish I could give this zero stars. My husband and I check fly into the Jacksonville Florida airport to celebrate our honeymoon in Florida. We go to the Hertz counter to rent a vehicle. The woman at the counter had a very nasty nonchalant attitude and was not helpful at all. She basically told us to go somewhere else because it would cost $1600 to rent a car for 4 days. We requested a compact SUV. A few days later, we try to rent a car for 3 hours. The same woman and a man again refuse to help us. He handed me a piece of paper and said to call customer service. The number he gave me was for roadside assistance. He completely refused to check for our reservation. I would also like to emphasize my husband and I are very kind and patient through this whole experience. Never once did we give the attitude we were receiving.
