Auto worked great but the exterior was…
Auto worked great but the exterior was dirty, you could not see previous scratches easily. Passenger side carpet was ripped. Associate would have missed this if I didn't show it to her. Maintenance light was on oil delayed oil change. I should have been informed of this instead of asking about and being told it is a 2026 so it is a brand new car.

Prompt service
Prompt service, the car we were given had a tire very low on air. We didn’t make it more than a mile down the road and had to turn around, While the staff hustled to get us in another car we did have to wait about 30 minutes for the switch. The 1st car should have been inspected before it was assigned.
