Its always a challenge finding a child seat that actually works. The last time I was there I managed to get the last remaining two. I worry that one day the child seats wont be available and I'll have a big problem. I pay a significant fee for the seats, you could buy new seats with the cost to rent one for the weekend. You should keep them fully stocked.

The car I had reserved was not available when I went to the counter. The car they assigned me I got stopped at the exit gate because the car was on hold for an overdue oil change. Then the third car they gave me had a check engine light coming on all weekend. Not a satisfying experience at all very frustrating.

All went very well, the car was a good size, and all was ready upon our arrival.

Good service, I was able to request particular car that was not available few days ahead. Location convenient.

The cleanliness of the vehicle was horrible

The online services didn't let me modify my rental in a timely manner, so I had to work with an on-site agent who was no help. I wanted to check the car out early since I had to leave early the next day before the rental company opened, and they wanted to double the amount. After I picked it up the next day, the rental company charged me a weekly rate instead of the 4 days I requested. I was able to get it fixed after I called 1-800 number. Everything was an inconvenience.

car check engine light was on, windshield wiper was LOUDLY SCREECHING

Had to wait for a representative to arrive to get the vehicle, different for my needs than the one reserved. Vehicle oil change notification repeatedly displayed on console. Was charged for damage coverage, even though I did not select it at the time of the reservation.

It was easy from the time I went to the counter to get the keys to the car to the time I returned the car. All employees were extremely helpful, kind and happy to answer any questions I had.
