Platinum- no car, waited 1/2 hour, and high mileage with warning lights on… to willingness to resolve.

Easy yo talk to customer service. Reasonable price

Original SUV reserved was no
Longer available. Changed to Nissan sedan. When I arrived to pick it up they changed to VW Tiguan. Great service, no change in price.

The customer service at pick up and drop off was very unpleasant. The drop off especially…the associate was extremely rude. Also, the vehicle smelled like cat urine, where we had to purchase an air freshener. I absolutely love Hertz, but this experience was less than stellar.

Was a very easy experience from pickup to drop off. Car was clean and in great condition.

Car was not ready on board at arrival. Had to wait for attendant to return to booth to receive help. Car itself was dirty, both inside and out at pick up.

No warning of a new area for rental cars at Des Moines international airport. Extremely unhappy with car. Customer service (if you can get a live person is only fair at best. Too much reliance on technology!! Been a loyal customer for over 25 years and am considering a switch.

Appreciate the availability of a vehicle with ~3days advanced notice, but the vehicle was not worth the value compared to what I paid. The small Toyota was the most basic car I've ever rented and was kind of hesitant in hwy traffic. Hertz car rental has always been great no matter which state I've traveled to, from MT to MN, but this by far the worst car option from Hertz and also that compared with Enterprise. Get rid of that vehicle, lol. Thanks!

Car I requested was available at the requested time

The process was so easy....from pick up to drop off, no hoops to jump through. Great customer service in every interaction.

Amazing but could be cleaner

It was easy to pick up our car and it was in very good condition and ran beautifully.
We took it back to the Airport in Milwaukee and the man there was not helpful. He told us just to take the elevator upstairs. Once up there we were told we should have left our luggage downstairs so we had to take them down. A better explanation would have been very helpful. Thank you

Nice staff. Quick last minute service.

Car was the correct size needed. It worked perfectly and check in and check out was easy. The cost I though would have been a little less but everything went well.

Car smelled bad of cigarette smoke, had to put air in the tires and have it jumped. Not the best experience.

Customer service was excellent and very informational. Check in process was less than 10 minutes - check in to verifying the car before exiting the lot.

Great car and great customer service. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the car kept telling me maintenance required since the first time I got in. Feel like that should be taken care of before renting out. Other than that great experience.
