They called me to let me know they…
They called me to let me know they couldn’t provide the car I had reserved, the service on the counter was cordial and professional, they gave option between a Nissan Sentra and a Mazda SUV, I picked the 2nd one, and it was very uncomfortable and spend lots of gas. That’s why I took my time to reserve a hybrid.

They can take a reservation but they can’t hold a reservation.
The vehicle I reserved was not available and the one I received was far larger than I wanted and inconvenient for my needs. No one at any location could bring the right sized vehicle I requested.

Give me my experience lacking with the fact that the office was dirty. I've rented from them over the past two months and there has always been a dead, huge water bug cockroach. Whatever you wanna call it upside down underneath the desk, spider webs dusty, they have not cleaned. I've mentioned it to the employees and it's still there. Office staffs, customer service has her informed improvement.
