The hertz team in Aurora (on Havana)…
The hertz team in Aurora (on Havana) have always been super helpful. Not only that, they always seem to be on top of everything. Greeting everyone who walks through that door and making sure the customers needs have been met. I don’t think I’ve been unsatisfied since I started renting cars at that location. It really helps that hertz offer unlimited miles. It makes your trip more enjoyable. I will continue to rent cars at this location and with the employees that are there now. Always being helpful and chatty just makes the renting experience even more pleasant. I will also refer this specific location to anyone looking to rent a car.
