When the type vehicle we ordered was not available, Hertz substituted with an upgrade. While it took a few minutes, the upgraded vehicle was acceptable.

No Hertz employees available when…
No Hertz employees available when returning the vehicle. Then three hours later I receive an incident report claiming we damaged the car. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Fortunately, we took photos prior to leaving with the car.

Usually the service is great
Usually the service is great, but while in Aspen, the car that I was giving for a rental was filthy and ran rough. It had absolutely no pick up when you press the gas pedal.
