Name was on Hertz Gold display and I just walked and selected my SUV quickly. It was a fairly new SUV and very clean. Easy, quick return also. Good job by all!

Very easy picking up and dropping off the car. Staff was pleasant and professional. Online booking very easy as well!

We rented a large (12 person) van for a family trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta. The vehicle comfortably fit our party of eight, including luggage and child’s car seat. They stayed open past midnight to accommodate our late arrival, the van was ready with a full tank of gas, and return was smooth. It took some to get used to the length of the vehicle and the “split” side mirrors, but that was on me. A great experience that contributed to a perfect vacation!

The staffs were not professional, did not get the car that I reserved. Extra charge later that I was not aware of.

The representative who assisted me during my pickup was no less than:

Rude
Dismissive
And condescending

Short of being a smart ass

Unfortunately, shortly after leaving the Hertz facility, I experienced a flat tire. There was no spare. I called AAA for help. They said to use the inflator and liquid sealer, which they did for me. The tire still did not hold air. At Discount Tire, I learned that the tire was defective, having a bulge on the inner wall. AAA again returned to reinflate the tire to a higher pressure. I then returned the car to Hertz, where I was given a different car, an upgrade, I think. So, while I was inconvenienced, Hertz did the right thing to help me get back to my travel plan.

There was a certain amount of confusion to pick up our car. Signage is not clear for gold members.

Car was ready as expected. Clean, return was seamless

not enough cars available and per counter, i should have got less price for the car.

I already filled out a Hertz survey. We were given a very large SUV rather than the smaller one I thought I rented. Gas guzzler. Then, during the 3 week rental, the tailgate closed spontaneously on 3 different people. No, the driver did not accidentally click the key fob. I was injured & am now seeking medical care as a result. No response at all from Hertz.

I ordered a small truck, however the vehicle was not available after confirmed. The agent took a deposit that was not returned to me. I chose Hertz because at one point in my career I work for them and felt they were a reputable company. I will not rent from Hertz again. Being in a town that I was unfamiliar with I expected to have a vehicle that had maps available on screen. Hertz still has not refunded the amount of the deposit.

Great staff helped with a challenging situation late at night. Quick solution and got us on the road quickly.

Clean car, great service, and simple process!

Horrible customer service ans experience. I am due a credit for early return and will not rent again with hertz until this is resolved.
