My boiler failed on New Years Eve but Dave still attended to answer my plea of help. He wasn’t able to repair due to suppliers being shut but he dealt with it on the first opportunity on them opening.
Dave attended my repair late in the day but wouldn’t leave me without heating for another day.
Fitted a new gas boiler for my Dad a few years ago and we always used him to service it. This year I phoned and made an appointment and he did not show up. Both my sister and I have tried contacting him by phone, message and email and he has failed to respond. Do not give this guy your money as at one stage he will drop you like a hot potato. Very annoyed with you David!!!!
Dave at Henry Heating has just installed a new boiler and radiators throughout our home. He’s done a great job and the hot water is working very efficiently. I’m (kinda) looking forward to the winter when I can have the radiators on all day. We’re really pleased and would recommend Henry Heating.
Dave quickly responded when I messaged to say we had a gas leak. He came out the next day and the problem was fixed quickly. Very good service, all work left clean and tidy.
Dave did a great job removing electric storage heaters and installing gas central heating. He is reliable, has good attention to detail and charges a fair price. I have since asked him back to do several other jobs and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.
Came and fitted new toilet for us as old victorian one we had was leaking and constantly flushing... fantastic work, reasonable price, will be using again in the future when we want to modernise the rest of the bathroom also wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family 🤙
