We’ve been to Hello Baby 5 times over the past 4 months as I get so excited to go everytime! The girls are absolutely lovely and take so much time to make sure you get the best pictures/screen time of your little baba. We got a gender reveal package also at just 13 weeks which added to the experience. Can’t wait to return for a 4D scan of our little boy soon 🩵

Hello baby always offer amazing service. staff always friendly and even rememberd me from a previous appointment over a year ago. Fantastic service everytime

Been here a numerous times and the girls are great and the person who does scanning is great nice person always get my gender right spot on make you welcome when you visit I highly recommend to people who expecting really nice place

Katie is absolutely brilliant.
Always making me feel welcome and at ease and trying her best to get the best pictures of baby even if it means sending you for a walk/fizzy drink.

Having my last 4d scan in June ready for baby girl in august! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back with my next pregnancy!

I ordered a rattle back in January. I've already paid for my order, but haven't received a tracking number or my parcel for that matter.

I've reached out to them 3 times by email and haven't heard anything back.

A lousy company. Hope to get my money back someday :/

Items arrived damaged and 4 attempts to organise a return have led to nothing…no communication from them at all so no way of getting my refund 😡

The item I ordered was damaged in transit. On contacting hello baby I am told it is closing down. No mention on their web site of this,
Also took months for my item to arrive, we’ll after Christmas l

Very bad. My order never came it's been a month ago. The money were taken from account immediately. Hello baby is contacted by mail, but I never got responded. I want the money refunding. I won't recommend hello baby to anyone.

Ordered items well over a month ago and never received the items. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Complete scam of a company!

Clearly the good review on here are the company putting on fake ones as they don’t even reply to message on their messages, Instagram or email so I will be putting them on social media. I doubt they have sent the parcel. The Royal Mail strikes are not an excuse as I have received my other parcels placed after this one. The item I ordered was in stock up until yesterday and I ordered nearly two weeks ago.

Terrible, find an alterative supplier... if you have a problem the customer service is useless... no service, just finding ways out of helping you... ignore the 30 Day Pledge... just more dodging... poor, poor, poor....

Hello Baby is an unbelievable surreal experience. From the staff that greet you to the scanners to the images you see of your beautiful baby is just amazing. The clinic is clean and inviting! We have recommended hello baby to a lot of of pregnant friends and told them of how much of a great visit we had. They take their time and don’t rush you in the slightest, you feel welcomed there and listened to. Our baby was playing hide and seek - she wouldn’t show her face, always kept hiding away behind her arms and hands. It took a while for her to move them away from her face but the lady scanning me took her time and reassured me this happens a lot, I felt like I was holding people up and taking to long at my apartment, but this wasn’t the case.

We absolutely loved our visit to Hello Baby, we came 8 years ago to see my 1st and now with baby no 2 approaching we just knew where to come.
Even when baby wasn't playing I was sent for a drink and a bounce on the ball and was seen again, I didnt feel rushed or under any pressure.
Thank you for a lovely visit where we saw our miracle ivf baby, we will be back ❤️

I came to hello baby with all 3 of my pregnancies and enjoyed each and every scan I had. The girls are lovely, the scanning room is cosy and comfortable and the huge screen is a bonus so you can see everything in depth! I’ve had early scans, gender scans, 3D scans and each one holds a special memory I’ll cherish forever💙💕💙 my sister is now pregnant with her first and I’ve highly recommended you👶🍼🫄🏼

I found out I was pregnant 2016 and loved going to hello baby for reassurance scans and my gender scan, then in 2019 I found out I was pregnant again I attended hello baby for an early reassurance scan where I didn’t have good news but the staff treated me with the most compassion and helped me t the medical attention I needed. Now I have recently found out I’m pregnant again and I am now 12 weeks. I can not wait to book in for my early gender scan again. The experience at hello baby is next to nothing and they also sell baby clothes if you want to get something of colour when you find out what your little baby will be x

I went for a scan last week was told could see nothing and would need to rescan me no being nice about it just got up and walked out the room and sat on her phone while another lady booked me in for rescan! Day before rescan after sitting in the unknown if I am pregnant or missed carried cancel telling me they have emailed me checked junk nothing inbox nothing then sends me a rude text making me ring them to find out what was going on they didn’t have answer to when they would be open! Called another couple clinics to book a scan to be told by many that these people that own this business are not qualified in scanning people and they don’t have a clue what there doing! So after offering me a refund on text when calling said oh we won’t give you a refund when these people have no care or compassion for anyone specially at this difficult time!! Please do not attend this clinic it’s poor
