Excellent value, products always taste great

The delivery from Heck was well packaged in a sturdy insulated cardboard box which had ice packs in it to keep the contents cool. We are very satisfied with the bundle we ordered as we sometimes have difficulty sourcing Heck products in local supermarkets. Good value too.

As always great food at a decent price.
Only one thing was the delivery company DHL who delivered my parcel 24 hours late!

Easy online ordering, prompt response once order placed. Delivery was within a few days, items well packed and ice packs still frozen to keep produces fresh

Eeverything I have bought from Heck has been great.

Quick delivery and delicious food highly recommend

Delicious food. I ordered the new products and so far I've tried the baked bean sausages, they didn't disappoint 😋 I can't wait to try the others. The only issue I have is delivery, twice now I have received my order a day late, this is fine in the winter but not so acceptable in the summer when the ice packs have defrosted.

Easy website to navigate, good choice of products, prompt delivery and communication, happy with service and quality of goods.

Had a problem over the last two deliveries one of my orders had a whole Mixed Bundle missing, the next order I made had four items missing, I don’t have any problems with the food just with the picking and packing of the order. Both times I emailed customer services and was dealt with promptly professionally and courteously and kindly sent a complementary package.

Delivery and packaging were both very satisfactory and the products that I’ve tried so far have been, as always, well prepared and delicious. I’ve bought products before from Heck and will continue to do so.

The sausages, burgers and meatballs are tasty and it's very good that they are gluten free for people who are allergic to gluten.

The food I have ordered has been delivered on time and the food is excellent will be ordering again in the future

Hi. I'm very happy with the product that arrived and can't wait to use some of your recipes but I need to complain about the delivery, we live down a forest road that as two gates to through too reach our house, the driver left the box at the first gate and had made no attempt to deliver to our house, it is on a public footpath but thankfully its not used too often or we may of lost our heck delivery!
