Took out a service plan, they gave the boiler a service as ell later and then cancelled my service plan. I have asked for an explanation as to why the HeatOn Gas took this action but 2 weeks later I still haven’t been told and I haven’t received a response to my 2 emails.

Loyd and his team have come to my rescue a number of times and are great at the plumbing and heating services they provide! They conduct all my annual landlord gas certificate checks on time with helpful reminders. They also provide competitive estimates for other plumbing and heating work. Many gas engineers are reluctant to touch flueless gas fires and we had trouble finding anyone to take on the job when our Pinoir fire's catalysts needed replacing.
Neil from HeatOn Gas & Heating couldn't have been more helpful. He changed the catalysts then checked and rechecked the fire for every conceivable potential problem. A thoroughly professional job.

Great service! Loyd was friendly, professional, clean, and he did a great job. Although there was a small problem with the boiler, he hunted it down, and wasn't satisfied until it was found and dealt with, and everything was running perfectly.
