From the very first contact, staff have been patient and supportive, polite and helpful.

Well into my 1st module for Naturopathy & it’s been very smooth, there’s help if you need it & tutors are very quick in marking your work & answering any questions. It’s really helping build my confidence & knowledge, thankyou!

Good information: Lay out needs work.

Lots of good information in the lessons but educational pedagogy is lacking. There are no exemplars of case studies or possible programs. The criteria sheets are not provided for the assessment tasks meaning there is no way to monitor fairness of marking and grading. I was given key information (like the lay out required for case studies) in the feedback when it should have been part of the lesson if it's required.

Pretty clear and straight forward.
2 videos, Number 6 and 7 are poor quality.

I found navigating Health Academy Australia easy, and the staff helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. Once enrolled and logged in, the student portal has been again been easy to navigate and I feel supported thoroughly by my teacher.

Very reasonable for the cost, tutor could be a little more responsive. Happy with training overall!

I have found the Academy to be professional, informative and attentive to my needs. The staff and tutors are amazing and provide timely feedback to any questions I may have. Once I have completed my current course I will be enrolling in another. I have enjoyed the content and learning style.

Easy process, detailed information upon booking. First business day (i booked on a Sunday) i was contacted by admin staff and the CEO of the business and received all lesson modules. Highly recommend.

My experience so far with Nicole has been very professional, she ensured everything was done and kept in regular contact, I would highly recommend for online course.

This course has no focus. It is all over the place, with contradicting information. What little information there is. The assignments have no relation to the 4 pages of information provided with each topic. You have to google the answers.
I did this course to get reliable information. If I wanted to google, I could have saved the fees involved. There is not even any direction as to what to look for in a website to ensure you are getting good information.
Waste of money. Bigger waste of time
Edited it to add that the course co-ordinator asked admin to contact me. That's how little they cared for the details to my feedback to improve the course. That was at least half an hour before they left the reply to my review. Just shows the level of professionalism.
Final Edit, because, whilst Health Academy Australia wants to carry on a spat on here, I choose not to. First of all, you advised in your first reply that admin would contact me, and Nicole answers emails to the admin email address. I think I can be excused for assuming she was admin. However, as you wish to split hairs, my apologies.
Nicole advised me that she had been requested by the course coordinator to give me a call. I stand by my comment to Nicole - if the course coordinator was interested in knowing exactly why I was dissatisfied with the course they would have rung me and got my feedback first hand. The fact that they were quite happy to receive my feedback second hand shows the level of concern.
Finally, whilst I explained to Nicole why I was unhappy, at no time was there a discussion about how this could be resolved. No offer of another course, a refund, or even a partial refund.

I have undertaken a few courses with HAA over the past few years. The structure, assessment and support has been very good. Prompt and informative to enable me to achieve my goals in completing the courses I chose. I recommend HAA for learning new skills and knowledge to which they may apply in whatever occupational field you choose.
