Awful and outdated software. Impossible to use the portal and send payments. Aggressively apply large charges of money over cancellations and rescheduling of consultations, intentionally refusing to accept rescheduling of meetings until charges have been payed or the appeals proccess has been completed. They then make the appeals proccess as long, complicated and difficult as possible for students and employees who are time-bound to get you to crack and just pay their insane charges. Very unprofessional and probably violating trading standards in some way, avoid this business where possible.

The phone number on their email to me charged for me to call them!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
I’ve also had lots of problems with them claiming they don’t have things that they do and just being generally not very good and very slow at responding.

came into the medical as agreed. I had a meeting booked with a member of staff. the lady at the receptionist desk bit the head off of my tortoise and then swallowed it while making eye contact with me. I cried, she drank my tears. I hate you all. my friends have had similar experiences.

Nightmare! Every referral is an adventure and just try to contact them...just try! Website and referral platform are not fit for practice...how is this company still viable?

Horrendous.
I received someone else’s appointment letter with their details.
Took months to get my fit note to start my new job, held up me starting my job by MONTHS.
Unsympathetic managers when you complain about your care- just abysmal

Worst occupational health experience I have ever had, terrible forms, broken processes, threatening emails, unsympathetic Drs. Has been genuinely traumatic.

Awful. I have to use it as my company subscribe to it. The website is absolutely rubbish they keep emailing to get the same info constantly ( Do they lose them ? Sell them ? ). Not professional. Avoid if you can

Awful company, unprofessional staff and ridiculous cancellation policies
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Aweful. No out of hours service even though there is a number. It just goes through to an answerphone. Takes 3 days to get someone to actually call you back. Aweful provider.

If you care for your staff, do not use Heales for your occupational health.
