Shopping on the website was easy and very informative, from the characteristics of the item, to instructions, with videos, on how to use it. The packaging made me feel special, beautifully hand-wrapped, with lovely extras, like the magnet, with a great inspirational message, and the packing slip inside an attractive sleeve. All those little things show the care with which Headcovers treats and values their customers, many of whom are grateful for the products and the care that went into their development.

This was an excellent experience! The cap was well packaged and included a whimsical magnet. I was very impressed! I use the cap every day because with the cap my wig no longer itches!!

I LOVE it but wish it cost less---then I would buy several colors.

I liked the ease of ordering but I have only received half of my order. The order was placed before Christmas and I haven’t received the two most expensive bras that I purchased.

Obviously my one order made it after Christmas. At least you made it and had three hats.
The one that came to me had two hats and I sent them back.

Easy to navigate and beautiful products

Beautiful hat! It was a Christmas gift for hubby. Unfortunately, the hat was larger than I expected and needed to choose a medium rather than large. Will be requesting a return for the smaller size. Lots of good feedback from the company. We will see how this return goes.
