Como esquiador que confía en material de alta gama, la experiencia con los Head Kore 88 Ti (modelo 2026) ha sido una decepción absoluta, tanto por el producto como por la marca.

Nulo control de calidad (QC): Mis esquís salieron de fábrica con burbujas de aire en la resina/laminado. Un defecto estructural de origen básico que nunca debería haber pasado un control de calidad en un esquí de este precio.

Fallo estructural inmediato: Como era de esperar, tras solo 3 días de uso, las zonas frágiles de las burbujas colapsaron, convirtiéndose en grietas superficiales y profundas. Es inaceptable que un esquí diseñado para freeride/all-mountain falle estructuralmente en su primera semana de vida.

Abandono total al cliente (Head Austria): Lo más grave no es el fallo del producto, sino el silencio de la marca. He intentado contactar con Head Austria para reportar este fallo de fabricación y la respuesta ha sido el silencio absoluto. No se han dignado a responder ni a dar soporte a la tienda ni al cliente final.

Marca en la que no se puede confiar: Si compras Head, reza para que no tengan un defecto, porque la marca se desentiende totalmente una vez que tienen tu dinero.

He tenido que elevar el caso a la Oficina del Consumidor Europea para conseguir una solución que la marca debería haber ofrecido de oficio. Head ha perdido un cliente para siempre. No volveré a esquiar con una marca que fabrica con defectos y desaparece cuando surgen problemas.

I bought a pressurizer from them in early May. After it arrived, I discovered that it was defective. They asked me to send it back and I immediately shipped it. After 40 days, I did not receive clear answers, but only many "we are checking", "we have to wait" etc. To this day I do not have my €40 or even the product in my hand. Simply shameful

I have unfortunately experienced some major problems with HEAD Sprint Pro 4.0 SF Men shoes. The shoes are not breathable as advertised. I wore them once for a match on a dry day and my feet were sopping wet with sweat after just one hour. I have never had this problem with other shoes. The shoes are also very slippery and provide no grip/traction on the court. I bought these shoes specifically because they were advertised as appropriate for the surface. They are also very rigid and sound like tap shoes on the court. Very embarrassing, let alone uncomfortable. I wrote to Head customer service and they refused to offer a refund or exchange opportunity. I’ve been a loyal Head customer for many years, but I no longer trust the quality of their products given these top of the line shoes were faulty and advertised in a deceptive manner. The unacceptable customer service response was the final straw. This company clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer loyalty. Save yourself the disappointment and do not buy these shoes or anything else from this company.

Det er muligt produkterne er fine. Men leveringstiden var lang (2,5 uger). Og så kommer det, et ret dyrt bat (300€), leveret i en smadret papkuvert. Med fodaftryk på. Virkelig skuffende oplevelse.

Retour niet aangekomen geeft HEAD aan, terwijl dit pakket is opgestuurd. Al 1,5 maand bezig maar aklantenservice zegt gewoon; nee niks ontvanegen. Nu €70 euro kwijt omdat hun er handen er vanaf trekken en blijven aangeven niks te hebben ontvangen ondanks het verzendbewijs! Nooit bestellen, oplichters!

Worse customer service ever…never replied to my three mails.
I cancelled the transaction in PayPal and they not even contacted me to know why!!
Take your chances if you want.., I will never order from them again

I ordered a racket from them and needed to return it. The return process is odd,cumbersome and expensive. I had to email twice to request a return. Then you are responsible to ship back the racket at your own expense. It costed me over $40 to ship it back. Surely, they can offer as return label to customers for a price. Next time, I will just buy from Amazon or another place that worked with customers.

My local sports shop in Wimbledon ordered 2 rackets from Head asking that they supply rackets with same or near same static weight and swing weight. Infortunately the rackets supplied were different by 5 grams. Head made no attempt to match. Their customer service person Keiran advised that as long as the supplied racket is within 7 grams of the spec weight they have met their obligation. In other words precision is not part of Heads product. Only Yonex consistently supplies rackets that are within 1 gram of spec. Head seems to be interested in making money that ensuring a very high quality product. If a tennis shop does not have stock and you have to order in a set of frames then there is a good chance the supplied rackets will vary up to 7 grams from the spec. You could end up with rackets that have a weight difference of 14 grams. Either buy from racket manufactuers that place their customers best interests first (Yonex) or make sure your shop has sufficient for you to match on static weight and swing weight. Head - are you happy with your performance. Caveat Emptor
