Surveyer attributed 3 '2s' to home report which shouldn't have been of concern

Very helpful, honest,respectful and professional.

Brett was lovely, explained what he was doing and was quick to get the Home Report to us.

The response between the company and myself was very good . Any questions asked were soon answered .

(1) the initial estimation age of the building was badly out.
(2) The surveyor said that he couldn't get access to the garage because the internal door was locked; a phone call to the selling agent would have been enough to direct him to where the keys were.

Excellent communication with staff throughout booking and with Surveyor. All handled professionally and those involved very helpful with any queries and questions.

Superbly professional service well delighted

From start to finish the communication was outstanding from the back office support to Ken the surveyor. The instructions to download the various reports was easy to follow and the report was send within the agreed timescales.

We had a Home Report undertaken for our flat. The first iteration gave an unnecessarily harsh rating for External Walls due to there not being an individualised EWS1 form for the flat with an acceptable outcome (there were other EWS1 forms for the block with acceptable outcomes in existence). We paid considerable monies to obtain an EWS1 form ourselves (twice the price of the home report itself), but the surveyor refused to remove paragraphs of EWS1 risk and consequences from the final report, despite the favourable outcome. The final statement from the surveyor was 'we can not provide comment', but they had, in actual fact, commented in a negative manner throughout the report and as a result, possibly put off potential buyers needlessly.

This was the first time we’ve had to do a home report.

Daniel arrived within our agreed time-slot, he was very professional and at the same time cordial. He explained the process of what he needed to do and asked if we had any initial queries.

He then went off to do what he needed to do and when finished sat down with us to go over everything.

Daniel was always patient, answered any questions we had, he was really easy to deal with and accommodating.

We have 3 West Highland Terriers, 2
Of which are just over a year old and Daniel was great with them too.

Having been at my current address for more than three decades this was my first exposure to the home report process. Daniel arrived within the period specified. Explained what was involved and then carried out his inspection unobtrusively. He then sat down and went over his findings. I received the draft later that day for approval and next day the completed report was with my estate agent. Very professional.

The two gentlemen that visited were very professional, polite and pleasant. They obviously knew their job andd went about it in a quick and efficient manner.
