I'll admit I was a little sceptical going in, having seen mixed reviews beforehand. However, I can honestly say Aashi was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The survey was completed smoothly, and payment for my time came through straight away — no delays, no complaints, and no need to chase anything up.

"I was twice approached by HBG Knowledge to complete expert surveys. Once by Ansh Shrivastava and once by Shruti Agarwal. In both cases I delivered my input but was never paid. Both assured me that payment would follow, but nearly two months later nothing has been received and they no longer follow up. Very unprofessional and unreliable experience.

Additionally, I am still awaiting payment for three separate consulting engagements.

Despite multiple follow-ups, including direct emails regarding the final discussion, there has been no payment and no meaningful response. Naming the consultants involved: Ansh Shrivastava, Shruti Agarwal, Babese Exauce, Sakshi Srivastava, and Kambala Lushikwa.

This pattern clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. I strongly advise others to be cautious before engaging with HBG Knowledge."

When I try to talk to them they don't answer anymore.

After receiving a countless amount of emails on different email addresses and having told them several times in a nice way to stop messaging me, I wrote a bad Google review. They answered pretty fast and said how sorry they are bla bla.
In the six following days, 33 (!) different employees went on my LinkedIn profile and I feel simply harassed. The more I ask them to leave me alone, the more obsessive they become.

completely unprofessional company and behaviour. When they have a research project multiple people will follow-up many times through various channels to get the work done. after that they dont care about the time and never send the incentives. Even if you follow-up for more than 6 months there is no response after many escalations. Dont waste your time with these people. I have done 3-4 projects in the last year and they haven't paid the incentives.

What a dump of a company to work with. I had to take a quick few minute call which after 10 minutes was still going Ananya Shukla didn't like that I pushed her to either raise the rate or stop the call and decided to hang up on me. I also am waiting for 4 incentives to pay that they refuse to. I'd rather eat dirt than work with this company ever again.

I was contacted by them on LinkedIn. They told me that I would re give a $100 Amazon gift card for taking part in a survey. I did the survey but never received the gift card, even after multiple attempts to get it. Scammers.

The team is highly unprofessional, and their entire model relies on not paying respondents. I am owed over $250 in payments. I strongly recommend avoiding them as soon as possible.

They did not pay after repeated follow up for the surveys I participated in. Total scam company

I engaged with High Beam Global for consultancy on 24.10.2024. They assured me that payment of $150 would be made immediately upon completion of my work. However, the payment was delayed by a lot of days causing significant inconvenience. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved. I hope the company addresses this matter to enhance relational satisfaction.

Never got all my paid survey money even if said otherwise
Also when called their number +91-124 487 9699 the person didn't know anything about the company he worked for and hang up on me. Avoid and report them

REAL SCAMMERS. They try and they try. They say they send you a link with survey (low payment, btw) and when you say ok send the link, they reply back that first wanna setup a call. Then the call is absolutely long, with tons of questions and these are not vetting ones, but real ones and do ask you super value insights for NOTHING. And well in the end they do not pay also if they share a semi done survey.

It's a scam. They never pay your reward yet the interview is in depth and lasts ages. AVOID.

Swindlers telling you they will compensate you for taking part in a study, then disappearing without compensating you...

Another Company that thinks sending unsolicited spam emails is good business practice. Its not and is against GDPR. I always say most spamming companies are scamming companies. Never do business with a spammer
