Julie at Clifton moor York was excellent. Very friendly relaxed got us the holiday we wanted and took the time to make sure all the small details etc were complete. Would always use Hays for our holiday needs

Helpful service
We arrived to get some advice and potentially book a holiday. We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner by a member of the team. Bella was extremely helpful, and patient, in listening to our needs and finding the right holiday for us. We were happy and confident with the service we received and delighted with the holiday we booked.
