We were fortunate to discuss our holiday requirements with Julie. As with previous dealings with her she was able to suggest various options to us including some that we had not previously considered.
Having made our choice, she then spent time in fine tuning the end product and, although she was approaching the end of her shift, she was very attentive to our requirements, explaining the advantages, or, otherwise, to our plans in an informative manner irrespective of the time.

As always Phil at Hays Travel Clifton Moore was exceptional in booking our dream holiday. We had so many specifications and he was so patient and strived to deliver what we wanted. I have to say Phil the manager is amazing but so is Julie the deputy manager and the rest of the staff they are such an amazing team who look after you from start to finish. 11/10 service every time.Thank you for delivering every time
