Very welcoming staff who took the time to run through all the options for our mini taster cruise. I learned very quickly that there were a whole host of options to take into consideration when booking it but the lady I dealt with was very patient and explained things perfectly…end result is we’re off on our first taster 2 day cruise. Will absolutely use again.

Brilliant service
Your advisor Rachael was very helpful, I’m not the best at picking a holiday but she made a choice for me and when I researched the hotel that she suggested it had 4/5 rating so went in the following day and booked it for 7 of us so looking forward to it now.

Natalie looked after us (a group of 6)…
Natalie from the Yeovil team looked after us (a group of 6) in organising a cruise . At all times she was full of information, very courteous and showed so much patience. It took many attempts for all of us to be satisfied with cruise company, destinations, airlines, airports and the various packages on offer.
Never once did she do anything other than ally all of our fears on things.
I am going to make it my mission to use Natalie and Hays for any future bookings we make.
She is a real credit to the company.

We had a very good experience once more with Hays. All the staff at Yeovil are very helpful and friendly. On this occasion, Pam dealt very well with our holiday similarly to Natalie the last time we booked through Hays at Yeovil.
