Very straightforward, pleasant manner, professional

Always a pleasure to visit Hays in Yarm ,Rashida and her team make the process seamless being pleasant.friendly and professional at all times.

All very professional and all my upcoming cruise all explained from my cabin coach and onboard spending
Karen was able to answer all my questions and I left the Yarm shop very happy and looking forward to my cruise

Shannon was knowledgable and very clear, got all the info we needed to make a confident & informed choice of holiday! Excellent!

Set off to go to hays to get a cruise booked got there Karan was on the phone but she waved to me saying hello only be 5 seconds as she helped me book a good cabin got me a cheeper one on the outside ocean view I have never been on the outside before she also sorted me some insurance for cruise ING out .
(I just miss seeing the lovely Krissie )

Shannon the representative was so lelpful and when I told her how bad atraveller my wife was she went out of her way to find us seats together which was so important and got the holiday off to the best possible start. Thanks again Shannon you’ve just got all my future business

Great experience with all questions answered by Becky both in store at time of booking and when initial query made.

Agent was very knowledgeable, helped find us what we needed. Even had ideas about parking. Made to feel welcome in store and booked a time slot to discuss so we didn’t have to wait around. Highly recommend and would use Karen & the team again.

We always book our holidays with Hayes in Yarm, and have always had helpful and friendly advice from Rashida and all the other staff. They are happy to help with any problems or questions we have, so we wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere to book our holidays holidays.

Looked on all popular holiday websites as wanting to book for August. Decided to pop into Hays Travel in Yarm and spoke to Karen who listened to what beach holidays we liked. Within 10 minutes Karen found us an amazing deal in August for 10 nights all inclusive 4* adults only hotel in Tenerife which we booked straight away. I have gone back onto websites I normally use and still can't find the exact holiday any cheaper.
Karen has also found us a holiday in Feb 27 for a gr8 deal.
Guys if you want fantastic customer service, cheap holidays and no stress Karen from Hays is your gal.
