Lois a member of staff at the Witham branch was amazing as were the rest of her team. They make the experience of booking a holiday a most enjoyable treat. I know you can do it yourself but I prefer walking into your store.

Amazing service, it’s my first time using a travel agents to book a holiday. The lady was so was lovely and very helpful. I got a really good bargain, would use hays travel again.

Holiday insurance
I saw Chloe on my first visit and she was amazing and extremely helpful. I don't know who I saw the following week but I didn't realise until then that the insurance cover would be so expensive due to our ages. Apart from that my experience was a very good one and quite straightforward. I won't be worried when I book my next holiday with you
