Very friendly and knowledgeable service from Chloe who helped us book a holiday to Spain. This included some additional work when we had to change the date of our holiday at 'the last minute'.

From the start of walking into Hays I was greeted with a smile and Trudi was so friendly and took all my details of the holiday I was looking for.
Within two days she had found me deals and searched other companies and trying to get us the best family holiday.
I would highly recommend Trudi

We booked a cruise and chose to use Hays rather than book directly with the cruise line. The staff were friendly and helpful and were able to answer questions about the cruise experience. However, the agent did not initially identify the best value for us on the (admittedly complex) set of options presented by the cruise line computer system. Also the cruise line system was not able to pass the booking information to Hays' own system without manual intervention by the help desk.

Everybody has been friendly and helpful always excellent service wouldn’t go anywhere else thank you all Marion.
