Used Hays at Wisbech. Amelia was supertb. Very helpful and friendly. This our second bookiong with her, and will certainly use again. No complaints at all.

Judy and the Wisbech team were brilliant. At no point did we feel pressurised into booking anything. She was more than happy to research all we wanted and helped enormously in our decision making. (Which is always an issue for us) She booked everything we needed and guided us seamlessly through the whole process. Now looking forward to our Christmas vacation ... many thanks 😎

Amelia was very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Showed us the screen so we could look at rooms etc. Printed everything out. Even took the trouble to ring us and check if we had holiday ins. We have it with our bank. A thoroughly good experience.

This is the second important holiday Alishia has arranged for me. My first one being my honeymoon and now my hen do. Couldn’t have asked for a better travel agent - stress free & organised. Super happy and Alishia is the best around!

only nipped in to ask a question, in the end booked a holiday. Young lady was very helpfull and sorted us out without to much hassle, will use company again.

Very helpful service. Spent a huge amount of time finding travel insurance with me as I have complex health needs.

Travel agent was not up to her job, she was floundering.I realise the group had just changed hands, but she did not inspire confidence.

I booked my holiday, just as the HWU travel agent were changing to Hays travel which made the booking a mess up, I paid the deposit twice and am still waiting for one deposit to be refunded, I booked our plane seats but had to ring a few days later as they weren’t shown on the invoice to find they hadn’t been booked and I’m still waiting for seat numbers to be sent to me. So not a great experience.

I was very indecisive as to where to go and accommodation and nothing seemed to much for Ryan Tegerdine he offered options and was very helpful and knowledgeable indeed a very pleasant experience and would certainly recommend going to Hays and I would be using Ryan again without hesitation
