We walked in off the street and had attention and assistance immediately. Paul had great patience and made sure we looked at various options before booking a holiday for four to Iceland. We have peace of mind that we have got something to look forward to that is exactly what we were after. Couldn’t have asked for more, but if we did, I’m sure he would have done his best to accommodate us.
